1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FireMatch. By creating an account, downloading our mobile application, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this agreement, please do not use the service.

FireMatch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email.

2. Eligibility & Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on FireMatch. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. User Conduct and Content

FireMatch is built on trust, respect, and mutual understanding. You are solely responsible for the content and information that you post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Service.

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, defame, harm, or otherwise mistreat any person.
• Post any content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
• Share confidential, restricted, or sensitive operational information related to your profession, agency, or department (OPSEC/HIPAA violations).
• Use the Service for any commercial purposes, soliciting, or spamming.
• Solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes.

4. The Responder Lounge

The Responder Lounge is a community-driven feature for group interactions. While participating in the Lounge, users must adhere to strict behavioral guidelines. FireMatch moderators actively monitor these spaces.

We reserve the right to remove any post or ban any user from the Responder Lounge at our sole discretion, without warning, if the content violates our community standards or jeopardizes the safety and welcoming nature of the platform.

5. Account Termination

FireMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without liability or prior notice. Causes for termination include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, receiving multiple reports from other users, or engaging in behavior that FireMatch determines to be inappropriate or harmful to the community.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

FIREMATCH PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIREMATCH GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE.

FireMatch is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person. You agree that FireMatch will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from your interactions with other users.
